Terms of Service

GrantGo SG is provided by the GrantGo SG service operator (the “operator”, “we”, “us”). By using the service, creating an account or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Notice and Refund Policy. If you act for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

GrantGo SG is an independent commercial service. It is not part of, endorsed by, affiliated with, or acting for Enterprise Singapore, Business Grants Portal, or any Singapore government ministry, statutory board or agency.

Eligibility results are preliminary informational assessments based on the answers and ruleset identified in the result. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting or government advice and do not guarantee eligibility, completeness, funding, timing or approval. The administering agency alone interprets its rules and decides every application.

You must provide current, complete and accurate information; verify the relevant agency’s current requirements and deadlines; review, correct and customise all output; obtain professional advice where appropriate; and submit through official channels yourself. You remain responsible for every statement, attachment, representation and omission in an application.

Eligibility is determined by rules-based software, not a generative AI model. Narrative drafting may use third-party AI providers. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, repetitive or unsuitable. It may not reflect facts you did not supply. Human review is mandatory before use. Do not provide unnecessary personal data, NRIC numbers, confidential third-party information or material you lack authority to use.

Accounts use email magic links. Keep access to your email secure, do not share sign-in links, and notify us through the feedback page of suspected misuse. You consent to electronic service communications needed to authenticate you, process a purchase, deliver documents, address refunds, security or changes. Marketing or rule-update messages are sent only where separately requested and may be unsubscribed.

Prices are in Singapore dollars and are shown before Stripe Checkout. The launch promotion is 50% off the standard S$99 price (S$49.50) until 2 February 2027, unless an earlier end or different price is clearly shown before purchase. Stripe processes payment and may apply its own terms. We do not store full card details. A purchase is complete only after payment confirmation.

The additional rejection-refund promise is governed by our Refund Policy. Refund requests are due by the later of 70 calendar days after grant-application submission or 30 calendar days after the agency rejection notice. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You must not break the law; impersonate another person or business; submit false or misleading grant information; infringe rights; upload malware; probe or bypass security, access controls, rate limits or payment gates; scrape or overload the service; resell outputs as our service; or use the service to facilitate fraud. We may suspend or terminate access reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or others, or respond to legal obligations.

We and our licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, templates and pre-existing material. Subject to payment and these Terms, we grant the purchasing business a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, edit and submit its generated pack for its own grant application and internal business purposes. You retain rights in content you provide and grant us a limited licence to host, process and transform it only to provide the requested service, keep it secure, provide support, meet legal/compliance duties and administer related transactions. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or independently reuse it for unrelated purposes.

The service may rely on Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, email, AI and official or third-party websites. Their services may be unavailable and their own terms apply. Links are provided for convenience, not endorsement. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, but will not retroactively remove mandatory consumer rights or an accrued eligible refund claim. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, and subject to any applicable reasonableness requirement, the service is provided “as available”. We exclude implied terms only where lawful. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, loss of funding, or agency decisions arising from use. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

You will indemnify us against third-party claims caused by your unlawful use, infringement, or knowingly false content, but only to the extent fairly attributable to your conduct. This does not reduce any non-excludable statutory rights.

You may stop using the service and may request account deletion. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective. These Terms are governed by Singapore law. The parties should first try in good faith to resolve a dispute through the feedback channel; either party may then use the courts of Singapore. Any statutory right to mediation, tribunal or other remedy remains unaffected.

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be reasonably notified through the service or account email and will state a new effective date. Continued use after that date signifies acceptance where permitted. Questions may be submitted through Feedback & questions.
